Refunds & Returns

If you change your mind about a product you’ve purchased from us, you’re welcome to return it for an exchange or refund (excluding the shipping costs).


REFUND

1. Carefully package the product up with a copy of the receipt.

4. The purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition.


EXCHANGE

Exchanges via post are currently not available. All returns via post to the above address will receive a refund. If you would like a different product, simply place a new order.


CONDITIONS OF REFUND/EXCHANGE

  • Item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
  • The returned item is unused with original packaging.


OTHER INFORMATION

No receipt?

Purchasing online should automatically send you a digital invoice to your email. However, if somehow you do not have the original receipt or proof of purchase, we will happily exchange or provide a gift voucher valued at its current retail price, as long as the purchase meets the above criteria.

Faulty item?

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.
